Personal Development

We help individuals improve their performance as individuals and collectively within your organization.  Our process structure ensures participants retain the information and create new, good habits. By cascading goals through the organization, we help the organization improve one person at a time.

What We're Not

It's also important to understand what we are not -

Motivational Speakers - Not!

We are not motivational speakers.  This is not to say you won't be motivated after participating in our processes; you will be.  Ours is an inside-out process, not outside-in.  You will develop an inner source of motivation - one that will be with you whether we are there or not.  

Training Company - Not!

We are not a training company.  Although businesses might account for our services under their training budget, we are not trainers, teachers, or instructors.  We don't have classes or seminars.  We facilitate individuals in workshops to develop themselves to better perform the skills they already have, including helping individuals develop their interpersonal skills so they can be more effective in what they do.  

Expert Consultants - Not!

We are not expert consultants.  We don't do the work for you, then hand you a report with what you should do.  We do not develop your business plan or improve your processes for you.  We guide you through the process so you own the results.  We help you understand best practices.  We challenge you and make sure that your decisions make good business sense.  We ensure you're exploiting all opportunities.  If we believe you're not, we'll challenge you to justify your reasoning.
