Mission
Our mission is to help organizations and
individuals improve their performance.
Philosophy
Hard work is not enough. Two people working hard in opposite
directions does not add to the success of the organization. An individual working hard on all the wrong things does not move that
individual or the organization toward success. Even the individual
working on the right things needs
the right tools to get things done.
Success is most easily achieved if everyone and everything is
working in the same direction on the things that matter most to the
success of the organization.
The key to improving the organization is improving each individual
in the organization. Since
people are the most valuable resource, this ensures their value is
maximized! This is where
the biggest benefits are achieved.
A (S + K) + Goals = PBC _ IROP
Improved Results for the Organization
and the Person (IROP)
are a result of
Positive Behavior Changes (PBC).
Positive Behavior Changes
occur when individuals have
Goals (know what to do),
Knowledge
(of when and where to perform),
Skills (how to perform),
and the right Attitude (the
desire to perform).
Values
Values are an often-overlooked facet of some businesses today. We
believe values are vitally important to our personal and professional
success, as well as to the overall success and progress of the world
we live in, and to your success, too. We want to work with organizations
that share our values.

Our Clients
|
We are concerned about the success of our
clients. The value our
clients receive from our services greatly exceeds their investment.
They value how we help them. |
|
We do what we need to do to ensure our clients
get the value they pay for. |
|
We
do what is right for the client. |
|
We are honest in all our dealings with our
clients. |
|
We deliver more than what we commit to; we do what we
say we'll do. |
|
We will not enter into a business
relationship that will not succeed. |
|
The client is not always right. We do not patronize the client.
We do not tell the client what they want to hear; we tell them
what they need to hear. We
tell them with respect, not in a demeaning way. |
|
Yes,
that is a bold statement and contrary to popular opinion. But it
comes from many years of watching consulting companies telling the
client what they wanted to hear, not what they needed to hear.
Too many consultants are not authentic. They bias their
statements to please the client, ... to not stir controversy.
The winner in these situations is the consultant; they keep their engagement.
The loser is the client; they miss the opportunity to know the
truth. |
