TROPOS Success Systems expects you to benefit from our services.  That is the reason we work with you so hard to understand your business.

During the initial phase, we meet with you to assess your organization's needs, analyze the issues, and identify your goals.  You know what's going on in your business; you're there everyday.  We have experience finding out your important needs.  By determining your real needs, we are ensured of proposing a solution that addresses your real challenges, not just symptoms.  

There are some consulting companies that purport to be able to determine your needs from examining your books for two days.  How do they do this?  I don't know!  They might be able to discover symptoms of problems, but not real problems.  They can't determine if you're achieving your plans; they can't determine how your people are performing; they can't determine what you what to achieve in the future.   This approach seems quite limited.

We also analyze the benefits you can gain and the negative impacts you will avoid so we can financially justify the solution.  This ensures we develop a solution that pays for itself.  

Note this is during the initial phase - that means it's free to you.  Other consulting companies charge for this whether or not they are subsequently able to help you.   

That brings up another point.  There are a few consulting companies that are so creative, they will figure out something to sell to you, whether you need it or not!

Using the information we gleaned from you, we customize a program to specifically address your needs.  We select the appropriate services and target them to the appropriate employees so you get the most bang for your buck.  What you get is a solution that -

	Is delivered at your location

Most of all, it will be a solution that moves your business forward.  

At A Fixed Price

And when we give you the solution, we give you a fixed price to deliver it.  No hourly charges to track.  The meter doesn't run when you call us.  Session runs 15 or 30 minutes longer - no problem, no charge.  You're not paying us by the hour to sit at your facility.  You're paying us to deliver the solution.  

No Obligation

Of course, you are under no obligation to accept our solution proposal or recommendations. If you decide we're not the right resource to meet your needs, we'll shake hands and part friends.

If we can't help you, then what?

We expect you to receive a high return for your investment; otherwise, we won't do it.  In fact, if we can't justify our services, we'll tell you. Then it's your decision whether to proceed for other reasons.  

And if we don't provide the services you need, we'll try to recommend someone who does.  

And none of this cost you a dime!
