Rising Stars Facilitator

Michele Rogalski facilitates TROPOS Success System’s Americas Rising Stars program.  She is the perfect person for this job having devoted her life to helping our youth.

Michele then earned her Masters of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, concentrating in School Social Work.  She interned at Bethany Christian Services where she developed and delivered a self-esteem program and delivered abstinence programs to teens.  She also interned in the Milwaukee Public School System where she provided guidance and counseling to inner city youth, resolved school behavior problems, and facilitated the “Teens Who Care” leadership group.

After graduation, Michele joined the Special Education District of McHenry County (SEDOM) as a Social Worker.  She teaches social skills, counsels, performs social developmental studies, and advocates for children with physical, mental, and behavioral problems.  She also help parents with parenting issues and delivers educational programs to teachers and parents.  Michele has worked at schools in Crystal Lake, Cary, Prairie Grove, and Ringwood.

Michele is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
