As owner of TROPOS Success Systems, Dennis Rogalski helps organizations become
more effective through people development.
He also helps individuals understand and achieve success in their
careers and personal lives. Dennis’
experience of over 30 years solving diverse problems in a variety of
industries uniquely enables him to assist organizations in achieving their
goals and creating solutions to their problems.
His execution of results-oriented, innovative approaches enables
clients to surpass previously established levels.
Dennis originally started as a practitioner in the
manufacturing industry holding several staff and management positions.
Here he learned the complexities of business and the realities of
working in a “traditional” environment.
Since then, he has had the opportunity to work and learn as a
consultant to hundreds of companies of varying environments and cultures
– from the likes of DuPont, Exxon, and Phillip Morris to mid-sized
companies to the individual entrepreneur.
Dennis has worked hundreds of projects contributing
in a variety of ways, ranging from the strategic to the tactical, giving
him the opportunity to work with management and staff at all levels.
These projects have included strategic planning, business process
improvement, business needs assessments, goal setting, program
development, solution architecture and design, investment justification,
requirements analysis and definition, application evaluation and
selection, and systems implementation.
He also has experience in project management, teaming, and change
management, and Manufacturing Resource Planning specific consulting. And for the entrepreneur, it also includes business
evaluation, selection, and start-up.
Dennis’ approach has always been to integrate and
align business, organization, and tools to achieve business objectives.
But he learned that in order to ensure alignment to business goals,
he needed to help companies establish those goals.
And few companies paid much attention to the people aspects.
So, Dennis ensures that TROPOS Success
Systems
concentrates its efforts on strategic and business planning, people
development, and business process improvement.
His style ensures the client owns the content.
He guides client teams to discover the opportunities, issues, and
solutions. The focus on
business objectives and complete client involvement ensure the expected
business results are achieved. Dennis holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and
Management Sciences from Northwestern University and an MBA from the
University of Chicago, specializing in Production Management and
Accounting. He received his
Certification at the Fellow Level in Production and Inventory Management
from the American Production and Inventory Control Society in 1983.
Dennis has taught Production and Inventory Management at McHenry
County College. |
